August 19 - Wings at chef Schmelkin's on Upper East Side and at Hooters Manhattan; departure to Albany

August 20 - Albany

August 21 - Bolton Landing (on Lake George in Adirondacks)

August 22 - Rigaud, Quebec (wing festival in honor of hunt; lecture series on hot peppers)

August 23 - Alexandria Bay; Watertown (chicken wing cook-off)

August 24 – Auburn

August 25 (Saturday) - Hunt for Rochester’s best wing; 40 participants from public; Jeremiah's named city's best wing.

August 26 – Day off

August 27 - Sodus Point and Lake Ontario; Rochester Red Wings baseball wing night; Wy's Wing Sauce presentation in Penfield, New York.

August 28 - Geneva and Ithaca

August 29 - Syracuse; Auburn eat-off (Thor defeats challenge from public)

August 30 - Buffalo day 1

August 31 – Buffalo day 2

September 1 and 2 – National Buffalo Wing Festival, Buffalo, New York

September 3 – Abigial's, of Seneca Falls, New York, named world's best wing
